Deliver industry and technical expertise in information security through client interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations and the creation of high quality deliverables
Execute transactions through the provision of client services including planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating engagements
Facilitate collaboration with client engagement team prior to commencement of client work to discuss roles and responsibilities, risk areas, materiality and deadlines
Identify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value
Leverage team appropriately to ensure proper documentation is prepared for the client and procedures relating to the file are followed accordingly
Maintain high quality control by reviewing work done from other team members for accuracy and completeness; provide feedback to team members
Develop business relationships through contacts and drive Cyber Security opportunities with existing MNP clients
Monitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status
Network and take a leadership role in the local professional and business community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunities
Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Develop, coach and train team members towards professional and personal development
Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews
Promote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellness
Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement
Assist in scoping and developing Microsoft Security (Sentinel, Defender, Priva, Purview etc) related Statements of Work based on client requirements
Understand and comprehend leading cyber security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO and PCI and technical solutions to the requirements.
Present assessment results to technical and non-technical audiences
Monitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status and issues within a timely manner
Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement
Requirements :
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering, computer science or a related field
Minimum Two (2) years of experience in Microsoft security services
Office 365 Security / Microsoft Azure / Azure Security / Sentinel / ATP certifications would be an asset
Completion of CISSP, CISA, CISM and/or other related certifications is an asset
Relevant work experience in deploying and managing SIEM solutions
Security Clearance
Some limited travel across Canada may be required.
